Cook Time


Once all the ingredients are in the ramekins or dishes, they will need to be cooked in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until they are set and the chocolate is melted and bubbly.

Ingredients


- 200g dark chocolate
- 200ml double cream
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Optional: 100g of chopped nuts, such as walnuts or pecans

Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Place the chocolate, cream, sugar and butter into a heatproof bowl and place over a pan of simmering water.
3. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and all the ingredients are combined.

5. Pour the mixture into 4-6 ramekins or small ovenproof dishes.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and bubbling.

Notes
