Ingredients


- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


1. Turn the Instant Pot to the sauté function. Add the butter and melt.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the pot and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
3. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
