Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef

Instructions:

2. In the bottom of a 6-quart crock pot, add the cooked ground beef, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
4. Once the chili is cooked, stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
5. Serve with optional toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
