Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain the fat and transfer to a plate. In the same skillet, add the onions, garlic, bell peppers, and jalapeno. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the crock pot.

Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, red kidney beans, pinto beans, tomato paste, V8 juice, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper to the crock pot. Mix everything together until combined. Add the cooked ground beef and mix again.
