Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 2 9-inch pie crusts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add chicken, carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
