Instructions

1. Place the chicken in a large bowl and sprinkle with the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Set aside.
