Ingredients

- 5-6 pound fully cooked ham

- 1/2 cup honey

- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

1. Place the ham in the slow cooker. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the slow cooker.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves. Pour the mixture over the ham.

3. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until the ham is tender and cooked through.

4. Remove the ham from the slow cooker and place on a serving platter. Brush the remaining glaze over the ham and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
