Instructions
1. Turn the Instant Pot to the "sauté" setting and add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the ground beef and cook until it is browned, stirring occasionally. Once the beef is cooked, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
